Our fitness area is furnished with modern equipment: Treadmill, Gym Bike and “Unica” , the machine for muscle strengthening. In addition to this, you will find a TV-SAT with videorecorder and videotapes with training lessons. Your fitness activity may then go on with some stretching, some jogging at the lake front, some soft excercises in the park and finally end up with watergym in the outdoor swimming pool: heated up to 26°, accessible from mid-May to mid-September, filtered through an electrolytic system and with no chlorine addition.
