The transaction, reportedly valued at $30 million, involves the companies aimed at Cerner’s small business and professional consumers, but not its federal buyers.
R1’s revenue cycle platform is EHR-agnostic and aims to support travel long lasting enhancements to net individual revenue and hard cash flows and cut down operating expenditures.
The company suggests Cerner RevWorks associates will be presented positions with R1, and that the two firms’ tech and companies will be built-in.
