Highmark Health president and CEO David Holmberg named chair of AHIP board

AHIP’s Board of Directors has elected HighMark Health and fitness President and CEO David Holmberg its new board chair, productive January 1, 2022. Holmberg will get the helm from Bruce Broussard, president and CEO of Humana, who is serving as AHIP Board Chair as a result of the conclude of the year.

At the helm of Highmark, Holmberg leads a $21 billion health insurance policies provider and regional medical center and physician community.
