Amazon chief Jeff Bezos buys Warner Estate from Geffen for $165 mn: Report

Billionaire Amazon chief Jeff Bezos has obtained a Los Angeles-area estate for $a hundred sixty five million, setting a new file for the area, The Wall Street Journal described on Wednesday.

Bezos acquired the Warner Estate from media mogul David Geffen, according to the Journal.

It explained the offer topped a Los Angeles-area residence selling price file set last calendar year when Lachlan Murdoch compensated around $150 million for a Bel-Air estate found in “The Beverly Hillbillies,” a 1960s tv demonstrate.

The Warner Estate spans nine acres (3.6 hectares) in Beverly Hills. It is a Georgian-fashion compound with a ground as soon as owned by Napoleon, visitor homes, a tennis courtroom, and a nine-hole golf system.

Mainak resigns as CARE Ratings chief after Sebi asks for his removal

S B Mainak has resigned as chairman of Treatment Rankings, the corporation mentioned in a stock trade notification immediately after the sector regulator reportedly requested for his removing.
