U.S. Passengers Depart Cruise Ship Quarantined Over Coronavirus

TOKYO—American travellers on the coronavirus-stricken Diamond Princess cruise ship departed from a Tokyo airport early Monday on flights home that the U.S. federal government organized after a large-amount political push in Washington.
